'Tis the season...

So I started my Christmas list today, which the first fifteen spots were for clothes and then for different art books\books (the ones without images and mostly text. I'm sure you've heard of 'em.) and a few DVDs. Then, asides from a brand new and very nice moleskin journal and maybe a few new paintbrushes, what seemed to perplex my mother (beyond why a seventeen year old girl would ask for a copy of The count of Monte Cristo for Christmas?) was this:

"Jane Austen action figure. Find at Think Play." I stopped there, and didn't really bother to explain. I mean "English Literary Icon + Action Figure" I figured was pretty self-explanatory... I didn't bother adding "Avenging Unicorn set" or "Gumby figurine. See Geek Chick." after.



(I've also given up on asking for a boyfriend for Christmas. Oh boy, I hope I get that Jane Austen action figure! : D )






PS. If one more person makes a "Turkey dinner in a blender" Christmas joke...
